The indoor pool was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy a warm swim while watching the snow fall outside. The room's kitchenette added convenience during our stay.

Liked our reasonably spacious and huge rooms in this place.

I had a perfectly clean and huge room with lovely bed and a coffeemaker and an iron. A bathtub in the fairly clean bathroom was super awesome. Had particularly good and unbeatable location right down the hill. The stay was EXCELLENT and I would come here again.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was great and ideal next to the hill and Pittsburgh. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The room was clean and huge, the beds were lovely. The experience was great, would definitely book here again:)))

This hotel might as well be a circus instead of a holiday inn! I had to deal with a filthy kitchenette sink and a broken lock while my daughter battled sleep deprivation from the noisy hallway. Honestly, I woudl ve been expecting a free upgrade for all that trouble but I got nothing. Absolutely outrageous!

No more shuttle service to the casino!!! The hot tub jets lacking power could definitely use improvement!!!

Perfect Overnight Stop with Really good Service!

Our family stopover was good! The staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent suggestions for dining, including the nearby Waffle House for a tasty late-night meal. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. A great selection of breakfast options made our morning even better!

The room was nice and neat, equipped with a refreshing Keurig coffee machine , made my mornings good. The breakfast offered an excellent variety, including healthy options like egg white scramble and turkey sausage. Plus, the large open breakfast area was perfect.

The hot tub jets could use more power.

Checked in after a long drive and the front desk staff made it quick and easy. The King Suite had comfortable bedding and a spacious atmosphere, perfect after our travel fatigue. I loved that the room featured a K-cup coffee machine. The breakfast spread was excellent with healthy options like egg white scramble and turkey sausage. The lounge area offered a cozy spot to relax with comfy seating and a big screen TV. We did encounter some noise issues. Our room faced the parking lot, and the outside lights were quite bright at night. A few extra features like room darkening shades would have made a big difference. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, fluctuating too much throughout the night.

I appreciated the spacious lounge area with comfy seating. The front desk staff were attentive, and I especially enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service within a 10-mile radius.

Parking could be better marked for ease of access.
